    Guest Information:

    • Responsibility: You are responsible for all children and visitors to your unit.

    • Occupancy: The rate includes up to 6 people per site. An extra charge of $50 per night applies for each guest beyond 6.

    • Pet Policy: Pet fee is $250 per pet.

    Noise and Behavior:

    • Noise Levels: Keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.

    • Smoking: Smoking inside the unit is prohibited. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but use proper receptacles for disposal.

    • Fireworks: Prohibited on the property as per county and state law. Violations may lead to confiscation and potential eviction.

    Check-In/Check-Out:

    • Check-In: 4:00 PM

    • Check-Out: 10:00 AM

      • Late check-out costs $30 per hour; after 5 PM, an extra day is charged.

    Parking:

    • Vehicles: One vehicle is included per reservation. An additional vehicle costs $10 per night.

    • Vehicle Rules: Only street-legal motor vehicles allowed. Golf carts must be electric, operated by those 17+ with a valid driver’s license, and keys removed when not in use.

    Boat and Trailer Regulations:

    • Seasonal Restrictions: No vessels/trailers in common areas from Memorial Day to Labor Day, except for waterfront renters.

    • Size Limit: Vessels over 25 feet are not permitted.

    • Docking: No double-docking or blocking waterways.

    Curfew:

    • Curfew for ages 17 and under is from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM in common areas, unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.

    Pool Access:

    • Pool rules will be provided at the site.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    • No Show: No refund.

    • Early Departure: No refund for stays shorter than the reservation if less than a month.

    • Change of Dates: Subject to availability; cancellation policies apply if dates are unavailable.

    • Exceptions: Refunds for a death or extended hospitalization require proof and will be reviewed individually.

    • Strict Cancellation Policy: Applies to all bookings.

    Visitors:

    • Registration: All visitors must register with Security and receive a day pass.

    • Parking: Additional visitor vehicles must pay guest parking fees directly to the resort.

    Quiet Hours and Nuisance:

    • Observance: Quiet hours are posted and must be observed. Excessively loud music is prohibited, including in pool and dock areas.

    • Parking: All visitors must park at the campground entrance.

    Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction and loss of your damage deposit.

    • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

The location was very convenient for all of the activities we had planned. There is a Publix just across the highway that’s very convenient for groceries. The pool is right next to the unit, which was perfect for the kids. The atmosphere in the facility is a lot of fun on the weekends and quieter during the week. The house is well furnished and met our needs perfectly. The outdoor space made a perfect place to hang out and cook in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.
