Important Details:
Location Perks: The pool and boat ramp are directly next to the RV.
Pet Policy: Pet-friendly; $200 fee per pet.
Rules & Regulations (Please read prior to booking):
Guest Policy:
Rate includes up to 8 guests.
Additional guests: $50 per person/night beyond 8 guests.
All children and visitors must be supervised.
Noise Policy:
Maintain reasonable noise levels at all times.
Quiet hours: 11 PM to 8 AM (noise should only be audible within your unit).
Smoking Policy:
Smoking inside the RV is prohibited.
Smoking outside is allowed; dispose of cigarette butts in proper receptacles.
Prohibited Items:
Fireworks are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated if found.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 4:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Late Check-Out: $30 per extra hour (must be confirmed in advance). After 5 PM, it is considered an extra day.
Parking:
One vehicle per reservation.
Additional vehicles: $10 per night.
Vehicle/Golf Cart Policy:
Only street-legal motor vehicles are permitted.
Golf carts are allowed (no gas-powered carts).
Operators must be at least 17 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Keys must be removed when carts are not in use.
Reckless vehicle operation can lead to eviction.
Dock and Vessel Policy:
No renter vessels or trailers in common areas from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Only renters of waterfront lots may use common area docks.
Vessels over 25’ are not allowed in the park.
Note: Violation of rules may lead to eviction and charges on your credit card.
